Digi-Board started by developing online reviews based on the Charity Code of Governance. The team translated the Code’s principles into a comprehensive online questionnaire to support the board and their executive/senior leadership team (SLT) to examine the effectiveness of a charity’s governance.
The Digi-Board team went further by adding additional questions to assess board behaviours and culture, safeguarding, fundraising, and the use of digital.
Following the successful launch of the online charity tool, Digi-Board developed further services for small charities and other not-for-profit organisations.
Digi-Board’s questionnaires are highly suited for use by consultants in their discovery phase preceding the delivery of advice and recommendations to third sector organisations.
By putting the process of data collection online for completion by the board and executive, using Digi-Board tools dramatically reduces the time to deliver your consulting engagements and boost your productivity.
Primary analysis of the data collected presented as charts and data allow you to immediately go to work to generate the insights to support recommendations for your clients. As the data is collected raw from each participant (it is anonymous), it is irrefutable in providing results-based evidence for discussion with the board.
